Comfortable room with modern amenities.

The check-out experience was utterly frustrating. The staff member was rude and unhelpful when I asked for my invoice. It took way too long, and he refused to take down my information for later. This kind of service is unacceptable, especially after paying so much.

Enjoyed our stay and anytime we passed the front desk or if we needed anything they were always friendly and helpful. We will stay there again!

I really enjoyed unwinding in the indoor pool and lounging on the sun terrace whenever I had some downtime. Although they could improve on the breakfast replenishment, it didn't take away from the overall great experience 😄

One of the advantages - reasonably priced and spotless rooms; they included a hairdryer, a shower cap and towels. The bathroom was clean but it worked for my 1 day stay.

The hotel was well-kept, fairly clean, in a nice enough area. Courteous staff on reception desk and the room was newly remodelled and extremely spacious. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the amenities included ironing facilities, a work desk and a couch bed. The atmosphere created was family. The location was great, plus the breakfast was free. I thoroughly enjoyed sleeping 1 night in this venue.

My kids wished for a larger breakfast selection.

As a solo traveler, I felt comfortable in the hotel and enjoyed the amenities.

Front desk clerk wasn't very friendly when we checked in even when mentioning their 9.0 rating online. Pool was "closed" for some reason for the entire length of our stay. I asked for a credit to our bill since we could not use the pool. They said they applied a credit but instead they CHARGED me the amount of the refund.

The room was clean with modern amenities like USB ports by the bed. I appreciated the coffee and water available in the lobby. Staff members were friendly and helpful.

Just a prime choice for a passing visit in Medina with very good value for money. The breakfast buffet had tasty scrambled eggs and breakfast sausage, a pleasant surprise. Make sure to check the dairy expiration dates to avoid spoiled milk.

The Executive King Room was spacious and immaculate, with modern USB ports and a comfortable sofa bed. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the hot diced potatoes which added a nice touch to the meal. I encountered some confusion during check-in. Although the hotel was fully booked as the staff mentioned initially, I was able to secure a reservation online right afterward, which reminded me of a miscommunication. Despite this hiccup, the friendly staff handled the early morning fire alarm incident well was good.

The room was clean, with good air conditioning, a hair dryer, coffee maker, and refrigerator. There were modern USB ports and electrical outlets by the beds, very convenient. I also appreciated the consistently provided coffee and water in the lobby.

The hotel is perfectly situated near nice walking areas like roosevelt park and offers easy access to unique attractions, including the medina toy and train museum. I especially enjoyed the inviting ambiance with clean rooms equipped with modern amenities.
